By accessing or using GloryAI Press ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

GloryAI Press provides a free platform for individuals and organizations to publish press releases and news articles. Content is published instantly and made publicly accessible.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
• You may not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, vulgar, hateful, or promotes violence.
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant GloryAI Press a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it.

3. Free and Premium Accounts

Free accounts may submit 1 press release every 30 days. Premium accounts (one-time $10 fee) may submit up to 50 press releases per calendar month.

4. Content Moderation

Although content is published instantly, GloryAI Press reserves the right to remove any material that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee indexing by search engines or media outlets.

6. Limitation of Liability

GloryAI Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
